Australian Orders

We post all Australian orders via Australian Post using Regular Parcel Post. Shipping times may vary between states and can take up to 7-14 days or longer to country areas for regular post. Regular Parcel Post shipping is free for orders over AUD $100 within Australian metropolitan areas unless otherwise arranged. If you wish to have your order sent express post, shipping fees are at the customers expense. For express post options please reach out to us by emailing www.info@womo-filter.com.au prior to placing your order online to obtain an express post shipping quote. Quantities purchased that are exceeding 15 KG in shipping weight per order may need to be charged.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking number and postage details to track your order.

We do our best to post orders as soon as funds have settled into our account when paid by EFT or soon after being processed via PayPal or credit card, however in high demand times, please allow 14 working days for orders to be sent out. You will receive tracking notification from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched. Should transferred EFT funds not reach our account withing 7 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

International Orders

Postage will be charged for international orders. If you are wishing to ship to international countries, please email us at info@womo-filter.com.au to receive a shipping quote.

Tracking your order

You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. This email will also include information which will allow you to track the status of your delivery. If you have not received this notification, be assured that you will received this information once your order has been processed and goods been dispatched.

Order information and delivery address

Please ensure that all information you provide i.e. name, address, email, phone number and bank details are correct as we cannot change your order or information once payment has been made. Please note that we will not ship your package again, if you are unable to collect your package on the first attempt.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours after you have received your order by emailing info@womo-filter.com.au with a brief description of the damage and attaching a photo that clearly shows the damage. Photos taken must have a location, time and date stamp to be accepted. Customers must follow guidelines of Australia Post doing their part in assisting with insurance claims/compensation, if the damage occurred during transit, which will be outlined by our WOMO Team at Plumbscan Pty Ltd as the first point of contact.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may take a little longer than usual due to unforeseen delays or force majeure or public holidays. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order once processed.
