Returns Policy
Returns Timeframe
For eligible items, we offer a 14-day returns policy. Products returned to us undergo a fault inspection carried out by Plumbscan professional staff. Eligible items must be returned in its original packaging unopened and unused to be able to be re-sold, items with a broken quality seal cannot be returned. Approved returns may take up to 14 business days to be processed. All returns will insure a restocking fee of 17.5%.
Returns Eligibility
As per Australian Consumer Law we do not offer returns on our items unless they are faulty. Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law can be found on the website https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund
Please be aware that Consumer guarantees do not apply for change of mind, founding the product cheaper somewhere else or deciding you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange return postage on your behalf. Products that are deemed faulty may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item. All items returned will be inspected by Plumbscan professional staff. Post inspection reports will be generated and you will be informed about the status of your item. Items found not faulty under this policy will be sent back to the customer and an inspection fee of $50 will be charged along with a postage fee.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Goods damaged during transit must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery via email info@womo-filter.com.au or phone. 0450 014 185 (Australian Customers) +61450 014 185 (International Customers).
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect installation and handling, incorrect usage and operation or used in applications other than its intended purpose are not considered as faulty under this policy and are not eligible for returns or a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return an online purchase
Please get in touch with us by emailing info@womo-filter.com.au a short description of the issue, attaching photos or videos clearly showing the issue. We will then assist over the phone or email and may arrange item to be returned to us if further assessments are required to deem item as faulty under this policy. When asked to return the item to us, a returns form need to be filled out and accompanied with the securely packaged item in its original packaging without any parts dissembled or removed. The postage label will be processed and emailed to you, which needs to be attached to the parcel. The return form can be downloaded here.

Cancelled Orders/Amendments
We are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any Online orders after your order is placed. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement and check your cart carefully.

Shipping
Australian Orders
We post all Australian orders via Australian Post using Regular Parcel Post. Shipping times may vary between states and can take up to 7-14 days and even longer to country areas. Shipping costs are free within Australian metropolitan areas for orders above AUD$100. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
We do our best to post orders as soon as funds have settled into our account, however in high demand times, please allow 14 working days for orders to be sent out. You will receive a notification once your order has been sent.
